Regular readers of this blog (all two of you, Jane and Christine) will know that i consider food blogging as a creative activity and so that’s what I did today.
Yesterday, the younger lad and I ate a humungous breakfast in a place called Matt the Rashers in Sundrive. The phrase ‘full Irish’ didn’t really do it justice. 2 rashers, 3 sausages, 2 fried eggs, 1 slice of black pudding, 1 slice of white pudding, a hashbrown, half a tomato, mushrooms, baked beans and a generous slice of lambs liver, plus toast and coffee. Phew! Edward swapped his liver for an extra slice of bacon, but I wolfed down the offal. And tasty it was too. €11. A steal.
